2. Scope of Services
We offer:

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC)
- Content Marketing & Copywriting
- Email Marketing
- E-commerce Solutions
- Branding & Graphic Design
A detailed scope of services, timelines, and deliverables will be provided in the proposal and/or project contract agreed upon before work begins.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide all necessary content, information, and materials in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to communication and feedback requests.
- Ensure all content provided is legally owned or licensed for use.
- Pay all fees on time as outlined in the invoice or contract.
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit (usually 50%) is required before project commencement.
- Remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to the final handover.
- For ongoing services (e.g., SEO or SMM), payments are due monthly in advance.
- Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension.
5. Revisions and Feedback
- Web development and design packages include a set number of revisions (as stated in your proposal).
- Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.
- Client feedback must be provided within 5 working days to avoid project delays.
6. Project Timeline
- Project timelines are estimates and depend on prompt feedback and cooperation from the Client.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by Client inaction, delayed feedback, or scope changes.
7. Intellectual Property
- All designs, code, and content created by Techbuts solutions remain the property of the agency until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the Client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials.
8. Confidentiality
We commit to keeping all client data, business plans, and sensitive information strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law or consent is given in writing.
9. Third-Party Services
- We may integrate third-party tools, plugins, or services into your website or marketing campaigns.
- We are not liable for any issues arising from the performance or changes made by these third-party providers.
10. Cancellation & Refunds
- Web projects canceled by the Client after work has started are subject to a partial refund based on work completed.
- Monthly marketing retainers require a 30-day written cancellation notice.
- No refunds are provided for completed or delivered services.
11. Limitation of Liability
Techbuts solutions is not liable for:
- Any loss of revenue, profits, or data resulting from service delays or errors.
- Damages resulting from third-party software or service issues.
- Unauthorized access, cyber attacks, or data breaches beyond our control.
12. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- The Client breaches these terms.
- Payments are not made on time.
- The Client engages in unethical or unlawful practices.
13. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will be first attempted to resolve through mutual discussion.
- If unresolved, disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of Indian Law.
14. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified via email or website notice. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
